BUFFALO CHICKEN LAVASH

1 cup sliced cooked chicken
½ teaspoon hot sauce or to taste
½ cup blue cheese dressing
1 Toufayan Lavash
¼ cup sliced celery
1 scallion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese

Preheat oven to 425 F. Toss chicken with hot sauce. Place Toufayan Lavash on large baking sheet; brush with blue cheese dressing. Top with chicken, celery, scallion and crumbled blue cheese.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and cheese is slightly melted. Makes 2 servings.
