
SMOKY CHICKEN PIZZA
1 Toufayan Flatbread
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 cup chopped cooked turkey or chicken
½ cup thinly sliced red onion
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Preheat oven to 425 F. Place Toufayan Flatbread on large baking sheet. Spread with barbecue sauce; top with turkey, red onion and Cheddar cheese.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes until edges are golden and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serves 2.
